-Why do we need to use your personal data?


The main reason we need your personal data is to confirm reservations at our agriturismo.

-Is the provision of data mandatory?


The provision of data is free and done on your own initiative, but the refusal to provide such data may not make it possible to carry out the requested services. 
Upon arrival, customers will be required to present an identification document for the purpose of communicating their presence to
Public Security Authorities .

-Type and method of treatment:
Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30.06.2003 n. 196, all personal data of our customers will be processed both by computer systems and manually, in order to
fulfill tax obligations (draw up invoices, record data etc.) and provide the requested service.
Furthermore, we may use the data to  fulfill our legal obligations, including complying with current regulations and regulations, responding to legitimate requests
made by the competent authorities and so on.

In any case, we are committed to ensuring that the information we collect and its consequent use is appropriate for the purpose and does not constitute a violation

-The name and surname, the date of birth, the phone number, e-mail and country of origin requested by us during the booking process.
– Any personal information that the user chooses to disclose through us or by sending a message via e-mail.
-The user’s IP address, as well as information on his browser, type of operating system, type of device (portable or mobile) used for payments for
reservations.

-How long do we keep your personal data?
We keep the user’s personal data for the time strictly necessary for the fulfillment of the specific purpose for which they were acquired  at most
established by law for the conservation of commercial correspondence (10 years).

-How do we protect your data?
We take all appropriate legal, technical and organizational measures in order to protect your personal data from accidental or intentional manipulation,
as well as from loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons.
