The Rooms
Agritourism La Perlara consists of two buildings: each accommodation has its own particularity, with characteristics of warm welcome and familiarity.
The first building
It was an old barn, which our farming ancestors have used for generations.
The ground floor has been converted into the breakfast room while from the barns on the upper floor we have made 8 double rooms.
The decor is simple, warm and familiar, like the rusticity of Venetian country homes , but with attention to detail, with authentic farm tools that our grandparents used to work the land and the utensils with which they cooked over time.
Accommodations in the first building
The first building consists of 8 rooms that are simple, but functional and comfortable and blend perfectly into an outdoor environment away from the movement and noise of the city.
We chose to give each one its own theme, letting ourselves be inspired by the colors, scents and gifts that nature offers us and that can be admired in our “Perlara” .
The rooms are distinguished by the colors of the handmade paintings by one of our dear artist friends and the small details that make them unique, all carefully chosen to make you feel at home.
They are all located on the second floor, no elevator, and are equipped with private bathroom, Wi-Fi, air conditioning/heating, desk, HD Smart TV with satellite channels, and kettle with selection of herbal teas.
The second building
In operation from 2021 , the new building consists of 6 double rooms and is within walking distance of the pool, surrounded by hills.
Equipped with exclusive private parking, it is suitable for both those seeking greater intimacy and those simply looking to savor nature in all its details.
The 6 rooms all have a separate entrance and a private terrace on the ground floor.
They are equipped with a private bathroom, Wi-Fi, air conditioning/heating, a desk, Smart HD TV with satellite channels, and a courtesy corner including a sink, microwave, mini fridge and electric kettle with a selection of herbal teas.
The predominant element is wood.
