These Regulations are an integral part of the website www.agriturismolaperlara.com , for all matters not explicitly mentioned, reference is made to current regulations, good taste and good sense of each in the interest of all.

We thank you for your interest and, in giving you a warm welcome, we want to make you aware of the rules of the property. We therefore ask you to carefully read the rules and behavioral rules that each guest must take in order not to disturb or damage others and the environment. The property is more than anything else the residence of many guests who have decided to stay there; for the purpose of a good coexistence we ask you to observe not only the rules dictated by the law but also those simply dictated by common sense and mutual respect. Your collaboration will be essential to spend a more pleasant stay, for our structure and us who work there and for the external environment in which it is inserted. Failure to comply with one or more points of this regulation and the rules contained therein can lead to the termination of the contract with the related economic and legal consequences deriving from it.


1) GENERAL INDICATIONS:

a. The Regulations of the accommodation facility "Agriturismo La Perlara" is set up to guarantee everyone a uniform, orderly, peaceful and peaceful use of it. It has a contractual nature between "Agriturismo La Perlara" and the Guest and, therefore, the booking and acceptance of it by "Agriturismo La Perlara" implies total acceptance of these Regulations.

b. All guests are required to comply with the Accommodation Regulations, which are shown in full on the website www.agriturismolaperlara.com 

c. Failure to comply with the Regulations and the other provisions of the Management may result in the removal from the Structure of the offender and the related reporting of the fact to all national and international tourism organizations, unless also reported to the Public Authorities in the event that the non-compliance could possibly to suggest the commission of a crime.

d. All the specific indications on the signs placed in the area owned and / or pertaining to the agriturismo must also be respected.

e. The conduct carried out by both adults and minors is considered contractually relevant and, therefore, any violation of the rules of this regulation and the common rules of civil coexistence and good performance of the farmhouse will result, according to the judgment contractually requested in via unappealable to the Management, the immediate termination of the contract by the Guest and the removal from the farm within 1 hour from the dispute of the facts. In this case, the Management is entitled to withhold the sums already paid and to demand the remaining sums, also by way of compensation for the damage, except for the right to compensation for the greater damage ascertained.

f. The Management, as required by the current laws of the Italian Republic, has the right to expel without notice anyone who does not comply with the Regulation or behaves in such a way as to cause damage or disturbance.

g. The Management is required to enforce the Regulations towards anyone. Each customer in the act of accepting hospitality in the agriturismo also contractually agrees to submit to the staff, which in any case is obliged in turn to always respect the Laws of the Italian Republic and the principles commonly accepted by our courtesy culture and good manners. According to the agritourism policy, all guests enjoy the right to a respectful and dignified treatment and, as responsible reception facilities, we have an obligation to protect guests from inappropriate behavior. If a guest's actions are deemed inappropriate by a member of staff, or if inappropriate behavior is reported, the agriturismo reserves the right to take action against the guest, after having verified this situation. Depending on the severity of the guests' actions, the agriturismo may, at its discretion, request the intervention of the police or drive away guests from the property.

h. The Management reserves the right to modify these Regulations at any time, which will be published on the website www.agriturismolaperlara.com 

2) INFORMATION:

POST CORONAVIRUS WELCOME

Dear guests, our lives have recently been upset by the coronavirus.

As required by the Anti Covid - 19 measures, Agriturismo La Perlara also adapts and undertakes to strictly observe the restriction measures inside and outside the agriturismo.

Only the correct behavior of everyone will allow to overcome this overwhelming crisis, therefore guests are asked to strictly comply with the measures taken


  • People with body temperature greater than 37.5, cough, sore throat or other flu-like symptoms are not allowed to enter -
  • People who have been in a high risk area of ​​Covid -19, in contact with an infected person or who have suspected positive contact of Covid-19 in the past 14 days, are not allowed to enter
  • The "web-check-in" mode has been activated, requesting guests to enter their data using the appropriate registration form
  • While maintaining the tone of friendliness in welcoming guests, the staff will avoid shaking hands and keep the right distance
  • The staff will wear a mask and gloves
  • To avoid gatherings and reduce the time spent in the reception area, guests are required to communicate the documents using the methods indicated above
  • Upon check-in, each room will be assigned an outdoor breakfast table, two deck chairs in the solarium garden and two beds in the pool area, which must be the same for the duration of the stay.
  • Breakfast will not be a buffet, but will be served strictly at the table by the staff
  • Before the guests' arrival, the rooms are totally disinfected, sanitized and aired
  • Sheets, pillow cases and towels are supplied and sanitized by a qualified and certified laundry
  • Items, button handles and TV remote controls will be properly sanitized with specific products
  • We will avoid the rearrangement of the rooms so that our staff does not come into contact with guests' personal belongings
  • The bathroom linen will be supplied clean after 3 nights starting from the day of check-in. Our staff will be available for any need at the reception from 8 a.m to midday and from 2 p.m to 6 p.m
  • During the stay, in case of fever, cough, sore throat or other flu-like symptoms, guests are asked to promptly inform the reception
  • Guests must respect the social distance with La Perlara staff and other guests
  • Guests undertake not to create gatherings
  • Guests must wear a mask inside the agriturismo
  • Guests are welcome to have their own pool towels with them

N.B The rooms are located on the first floor, therefore we recommend traveling lightly, as the staff, in line with the provisions, will not be able to help guests with luggage transport!

INFORMATION POST CORONAVIRUS ABOUT SWIMMING POOL

  • Before going through the common entrance / exit section of the swimming pool, make sure that nobody is passing through
  • Each guest is asked to disinfect their hands and take a shower before entering in the water
  • The beds can be moved to your liking respecting the safety distance of at least 1.5 m per room
  • Entry into the water is allowed for a maximum of 13 people at the same time, in order to guarantee the safety distance of at least 1.5 m per room
  • Guests are asked to supervise their children

3) BOOKINGS:

a. Reservations are considered valid if made through our booking format.

b. The cost of the entire stay must be paid at the time of booking by credit card or PayPal.

4) CANCELLATION POLICY:

a. If the guest want to cancel a reservation, he has the right of free cancellation until the third day before the day of check-in, by contacting us directly. We will personally refund the reservation.

b) In the case of a reservation made and/or canceled during the 2 days before the day of check-in, it is therefore non-refundable.

5) MODIFICATION OF A RESERVATION:

a. In the event that the guest wishes to modify a reservation, he has to contact us directly.

6) DECREASE OF THE DAYS OF A STAY:

a. Until the third day before the day of check-in, the guest can decrease the days of the stay respect to the previously booking period without any penalty and he will be refunded at the time of check-in of the extra days previously booked .

b. In case of modification made after the terms, the extra days will not be refunded.

7) EXTENSION OF A STAY:

a. In the event of an extension of the stay, the missing amount will be paid upon check-in.

8) NO SHOW:

a. In the case that the guest does not respect the check-in time and does not communicate his expected arrival time, the reservation will be considered valid until midnight on the same day.

b. After this time, the Management has the right to cancel booking at any time.

c. In any case of no-show, the reservation will not be refunded.

9) CHECK-IN : 2 p.m - 6 p.m

PERSONAL DATA AND I.D DOCUMENTS :

a. After the guest has booked, we will send him the link to complete the online check-in Please fill all the required data, send attached copy of the I.D documents and sign the file.

b. The guest must provide, by national provision, a document suitable to certify his identity,  that can be identity card or passport for all occupants, otherwise the agriturismo must refuse hospitality (art.109 laws PS as amended from article 7 point 2 of Law 203/95).

c. These documents will be registered for the purpose of public security. Failure to comply with this obligation constitutes a violation of the provisions of the Criminal Code by us against the Public Security Authorities. In case of non-delivery we are obliged to report the omission to the Public Security Authorities.

d. In no case is accommodation is allowed to people, children or infants exceeding the number fixed in the booking. We reserve the right to refuse entry to accommodation if this condition is not observed.

e. PERSONAL DATA TREATMENT:

The data of our guests are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10) TOURIST TAX:

a. The tourist tax to be paid on arrival is € 3.50 per person, per night, up to 5 nights. 

11) INVOICE:

a. If you need an invoice, please report it promptly by providing us with the header data and any other information. Otherwise we will issue a simple receipt and the subsequent cancellation will not be possible.

12) ROOM ASSIGNMENT:

a. The choice of the room theme, in the type and category booked, is at the total discretion of the management of the agriturismo.

13) CHECKING THE ROOM:

a. Please report immediately any damage, disservices or malfunctions that you should experience when taking accommodation in your room. Any damage found subsequently will be attributed to you.

14) KEYS:

a. The guest will be given the room keys and the access code of the entrance door.


15) CHECK-OUT : 10 a.m

a. On the day of departure each guest is asked to leave the room by the set time ( 10.00 ) and to return the keys to the reception.

16) PENALTY FOR DELAYED DEPARTURE:

a. After 10 a.m, will be charged the total cost of the room for a whole day.

17) EARLY DEPARTURE:

a. In case of early departure compared to the booking period, the sum paid at the time of booking will not be refunded.

b. If, on the day of your departure ( check-out ), you plan to leave before 8 a.m, please kindly notify us the day before.

18) STAY AFTER CHECK-OUT:

a. Customers can use the services of the agriturismo within the maximum time of release of the rooms ( 10 a.m ).

b. At the sole discretion of the management, customers can be granted full or partial use of the agriturismo services (use of the swimming pool, garden and toilette ) even after 10 a.m.

c. In the event of obtaining the concession before mentioned ( point 18.b ), customers are required to comply with the provisions of this regulation and the regulations in force until the moment of departure.

19) LUGGAGE DEPOSIT:

a. In case of early arrive or late departure, it is possible to leave the luggage with us. Our luggage storage is not guarded.

20) RECEPTION :

a. The reception is open every day from 8 a.m to midday and from 2 p.m to 6 p.m.

b. We are available to give you information to enjoy Verona, its surroundings and to help you live your stay in the best possible way.

21) SMOKERS :

a. Smoking in the room and in the common internal areas is strictly forbidden.

22) ANIMALS:  

a. Due to the presence of our dogs, pets are not allowed, except for guide-dogs.

23) CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS :

a. Children and infants are considered persons and they are not allowed to sleep in bed with parents because the room is max for 2 persons.

b. In the rooms is not possible to add extra beds and cribs ( even if personal ).

24) PARKING AREA:  

a. The property has a not guarded free outdoor parking area dedicated to the customers .

b. It's not allowed to bring bicycles or other bulky equipment in the rooms.

25) CLEANING:  

a. During the period of stay, the room will be available to guests except 20 minutes max. during the period from 8 a.m to 12:30 p.m to allow for daily cleaning.

b. If the customer does not want the room to be redone at the time indicated, he will effectively lose the right to the daily makeover. 

c. To respect the environment and to avoid waste, towels are changed every 3 nights starting from the day of your check-in.

d. An early change can be requested for € 5,00 per person.

e. It is not allowed to bring towels out of the rooms.


27) BREAKFAST:

a.  The breakfast buffet takes place daily from 8 a.m to 10 a.m.

b. To respect the country tradition , we don't have coffee machine and cappuccino.

28) DURING THE NIGHT:

a. In order to respect the relax of everybody please pay attention to the noise that you might increase and keep the silent from 10 p.m to 9 a.m.

b. If you return to your room late please close the door of your room gently so as not to disturb those who are already sleeping.Please do not slam the doors but accompany them.

29) SAFETY :

a. In every room there is a mini-safe where we kindly recommend you to keep your values inside.

b. The property management is exempt from any liability relating to personal objects not kept in the rooms.

30) NON-REGISTERED EXTERNAL GUESTS :

a. For public safety reasons, guests are not allowed to access other people within the accommodation at any time.

b. Visits by family or friends must be authorized by the Management and every visitors is required to leave an identity document to the reception . The document will be given back to the visitor when he will leave.

c. It is absolutely forbidden that persons who have not been registered by the Management stay in the rooms.

31) STAY :

a. The customers are asked to behave in a respectful manner throughout the entire period of their stay.

b. At any time, inside the agriturismo, behaviors, activities, games and use of equipment that may disturb other guests must be avoided.

c. A behavior that at any time of the day and in no way damages the tranquility of others must always be maintained.

d. Every guest is asked to have the utmost respect for the things entrusted to him and for the facilities of the property.

e. We recommend all the guests not to remove or ruin any object inside the rooms and in the property common areas.

f. Any abuse will be reported to the local authorities of Public Security and any damage will be regularly charged.

32) DAMAGE :

a. Who causes damage to the building, movable property, equipment etc. it is considered legally responsible within the scope of current regulations.

b. Intentional theft and damage will be immediately reported.

c. Upon departure, the  staff checks the rooms and the costs for the replacement of any damage or loss of keys or pool towels are charged and are payable at the time of check- out.

33) HYGIENE AND SAFETY:

a.  For hygiene and safety reasons, it is not allowed to prepare meals in the rooms (no electric hobs, food warmers and fridges) .

b. It is forbidden to use the grill and open flame appliances in any area of the property whatever the fuel used (stoves, heaters, lamps, etc.);


34) SWIMMING POOL INFORMATION:

a. Opening period : From the 8th of June 2020 to the 30th of September 2020 

b. THE POOL AREA IS NOT SUPERVISED

c. The pool is open from 8 a.m until 8 p.m and is exclusively reserved for guests in accommodation.

d. This area was created specifically to enjoy the peace  that nature offers, that's why every guest is asked to behave in such a way as not to cause trouble to the other customers.

e. Please don’t make noise, don’t chase each other or behave unseemly and dangerously for yourself and for the others.

f. We beg you to protect as much as possible the grass, the trees and the swimming pool equipment.

g. PLEASE NO:

-PRACTICE BEACH SPORTS

-BRING INFLATABLE MATTRESSES AND GAMES INTO THE WATER

-BRING GLASSES AND DRINKS IN GLASS

-PRACTICE NUDISM

CHILDREN UNDER 18 YEARS OLD MUST BE SUPERVISED AND SEEN BY ADULTS

h. The Management is exempt from any liability for any accident caused by the violation of one or more of the rules and prohibitions listed above and reserves the right to drive away violators from the swimming pool area.
